Learning Journey
Assessment
- Leadership style assessment to find out leadership preferences –
2 days of in-class training (Offline)
- 2 Days of coaching exploration with experiences of Being (purpose, mindset and attitude) and Doing (knowledge and skills) as a coach
2 Session Mentoring Coaching (Online)
- Participants coached 2 subordinates in 3 coaching sessions over 2 months to gain coaching experience 2 mentoring coaching sessions @ 50 minutes – 60 minutes online by coaches from Bettermind Coaching, participants will get feedback from coaching practice and also experience coaching
Learning Presentations
- Participants present the results of their coaching practice to subordinates for 30 minutes.
